Site Supplier Services
Every site has a multitude of equipment most supplied by different OEM and suppliers. Spares and reliable equipment are the key to the success and reliability of any plant. Due to many reasons site engagement with suppliers can sometimes be distant and often the least of priorities when compared to the pressures of running a 24/7 operation. A key learning from my experiences from site operational level and OEM equipment sales is that it is quite common to find that sites are often missing out on many service benefits offered by suppliers due to a lack of understanding and engagement. This is where we can help, let us act as a conduit between the supplier and you, we can filter out what services will benefit you and advise where others are not required. Whether it be spares delivery, local sourcing, training or general servicing we can open dialogue with the supplier on your behalf and work towards suitable solutions or help source suppliers that can deliver to your needs.

The onset of Covid in 2020 has found many Supplier’s having to not only tighten their spending but also look at alternative ways to service and connect to the client. Travel and quarantine restrictions make it financially unviable to fly in and out for sales or service works leaving video calls and Zoom meetings as the new norm. This not only impacts the way suppliers can support their client but also affects the one-on-one mentoring and tutoring of their staff.
